Does not open dwg

Someone else stated this app does not open dwg files, and I ignored it. That was a terrible decision! The dwg floorplans sent from an architect came back with, "WARNING : failed to read dwg file:…., may be is not a DWG file.” I assure you, this is a dwg file.

How do I get a refund?
